How does it work
Data will be extracted from the documents sent to PaperEntry via emails, shared folders, selected directly from PaperEntry, and by a bridge between databases (APIs).
Through Artificial Intelligence, a series of data automation steps are performed. The steps include identifying information pairs, editing tables, and understanding the above information.
Accuracy of results are checked using the state-of-the art validation software. Depending on the degree of certainty, the data is also checked by the Utilize control team.
Validated data is then stored directly in your TMS or ERP systems. Data can also be downloaded in the form XML, CSV, and other formats of your choice.

4. Post Process will allow the data to be adapted to your ERP system (conversion from boxes to pcs etc).
5. After processing, the data is written to your ERP system.
